Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and the Female Futsal League.

This website (“site”) is operated by the Female Futsal League. Throughout this site, the terms “FFL”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the Female Futsal League. If you use any of our services, we will refer to you by using the terms “user”, “participant”, “you”, “your”, “yours” in these Terms.

Please read through these Terms in conjunction with FFL’s Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

These Terms governs your use of this Site and engagement with our services, constitutes the entire Agreement and supersedes any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreement between you and FFL. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Privacy Notice
  1. .Please review our Privacy Notice. FFL takes its user privacy seriously and undertakes to diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your details. However, in the absence of negligence on our part (and subject to applicable laws, including laws related to data protection and privacy) FFL cannot be held liable for any loss suffered if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data that you have provided when using our site.
  2. .By using this site, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating account information for accuracy and completeness.
  3. .FFL will not share your personal information with third parties without your written consent.
2. Membership and Fees
  1. .Your membership for FFL is subject to our receipt of your completed membership application and payment of the membership fee. Please refer to the program you wish to enrol in for its prescribed membership fee.
  2. .Your membership is valid for the seasons and must be renewed every season. FFL may send a renewal reminder notice, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you renew your responsibility.
  3. .Your membership indicates your acceptance to comply with all of FFL’s rules, code of conducts, and guidelines, without exception.
3. Fitness to Participate
  1. .You acknowledge that you do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent you from participating in the services provided by FFL.
  2. .If required, you agree to undertake to obtain a medical examination and clearance at your sole expense.
4. Females Only
  1. . FFL recognises that some females’ participation in futsal and other sports are restricted by religion and/or culture for a myriad of reason. Therefore, FFL’s services are offered exclusively to biologically born females as FFL strives to create an environment where females of different race, religion and abilities are able to come together without compromising the same.
  2. .Males over the age of seven (7) are not permitted into FFL’s premises during the season.
5. Liability Disclaimer
  1. .FFL provides the site and its content on an “as is” basis, and makes no representations of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of FFL’s site, information, content, services, except as otherwise provided under applicable laws.
  2. .As the parent/guardian of a minor participant, you acknowledge and agree that your child’s is voluntarily participating in FFL’s services and/or programs. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the services provided by FFL, on your own behalf and on behalf of your child, you release and forever discharge FFL, its owner, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, successors and owner/s of fields and facilities used for the services from all manner of actions, causes of actions, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to your As the parent/guardian of a minor participant, you acknowledge and agree that your child’s is voluntarily participating in FFL’s services and/or programs. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the services provided by FFL, on your own behalf and on behalf of your child, you release and forever discharge FFL, its owner, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, successors and owner/s of fields and facilities used for the services from all manner of actions, causes of actions, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to your child, their property, including injury resulting in their death, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of their participation in the services provided by FFL, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by FFL’s negligence.
  3. .Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the services provided by FFL, you release and forever discharge FFL, its owner, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, successors and owner/s of fields and facilities used for the services from all manner of actions, causes of actions, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to you, your property, including injury resulting in your death, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of your participation in the services provided by FFL, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by FFL’s negligence.
  4. .As Futsal is a physical, contact sport that involves the risk of injury (be it mild or severe), you assume all risks and hazards associated with your participation in the services provided by FFL.
  5. .FFL will not be liable in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any direct, special, consequential damages or loss suffered by you arising out of or in connection with this site.
  6. .You agree to indemnify FFL against any liability, actions, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by you in connection with or arising in any way of your use of this site.
6. Site Omissions, Inaccuracies and Errors
  1. .FFL reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have applied for membership with FFL.
7. Social Media and Site Content
  1. .You understand and accept that FFL may use any photo taken on site of you or your child for the use of social media and site media without compensation.
  2. .FFL will have perpetual, worldwide, unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, license, sublicense, adapt, display, reproduce, and exploit the photos for any purpose whatsoever.
8. Third Party Links
  1. .FFL will not be liable for the content of any third-party sites, including those linked to or from the site. FFL does not warrant the offerings of the third-party sites or any other sites linked to or from the site.
  2. .Your use and access of these third-party sites is at your own risk and you indemnify FFL from any harm, loss or damages you may sustain.
9. Force Majeure

Armè will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement, to the extent beyond its reasonable control, that is due to any of the following causes:

  1. .acts of God, including earthquakes, flood, storm, fires, explosions or any other natural disaster;
  2. .inability to use public or private telecommunication systems;
  3. .accidents, civil commotions, riots, terrorist attack/s or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for wars;
  4. .government acts or omissions, changes in law or regulations;
  5. .lack of availability of raw materials; or
  6. .epidemics, pandemics, including the COVID-19.
10. Intellectual Property
  1. .All content on this site, including without limitation graphics, icons, design rights, images, trademarks (registered or not), service marks, audio clips, texts, logos, data compilations and software are the property of FFL and its affiliates.
  2. .All content included on this site is protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
11. Severability
  1. .If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, the remaining provision will not be affected, and will remain in full force.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
  1. .The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Australian Commonwealth. Your use of this site is a concession of your submittance to the jurisdictions of the courts of Victoria or Australia.
